CHD’s Mary Holland: Nuremberg Code violators must be prosecuted for crimes against humanity

Mary Holland, president and general counsel of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), called for those who violated the Nuremberg Code to be prosecuted for “crimes against humanity.”

Holland made this call through an Aug. 20 speech she delivered in Germany to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg Code. In particular, her calls for prosecution were aimed at globalists such as infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

Holland dubbed the code as both “an international monument to humanity” and a “critical guidepost.” She said: “I am especially honored to be here because the authors of the Nuremberg Code were doctors and lawyers from the U.S. who sought to prevent future horrors. They built on medical and legal ethics established here in Germany before the Nazi regime.”

She deeply wished that representatives of the American, British, Russian and German governments were present, alongside representatives of the mainstream media. However, they were absent during the event, organized by German activist group Action Alliance and held in the city where the code was ratified in 1947.

Nevertheless, Holland rejoiced as people’s representatives from all over the world were there. She remarked that “We The People” will restore rights, laws and morality and lead their compatriots out of troubled times. She also lauded the code itself for being a “beacon of light” to all medical and legal norms that have been based on it.

“Those who have intentionally, knowingly and maliciously violated the principles of the Nuremberg Code must be punished,” the CHD president said. “They must be called out, prosecuted and punished for crimes against humanity. “We must stop this … and ensure this does not happen again,” Holland remarked, urging people to tell their governments to “respect and uphold this code.”

COVID vaccination a “global assault” on the Nuremberg Code

Holland denounced the mass vaccination campaign against the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) as an affront to the code and health freedom at large.

“Tragically, in the last two-and-a-half years, we have witnessed a global assault on the Nuremberg Code. Governments, medical establishments, universities and the media have violated the very first principle and every other principle of the code’s 10 points. They have coerced people into being human guinea pigs,” she said.

“They have forced people on penalty of their livelihoods, their identities, their health, their friendships — and even their family relationships — to take inadequately tested, experimental, gene-altering injections as well as experimental tests and medical devices.”

People are now living in dangerous time, the CHD president added, thanks to world governments and their collaborators continuing to flout the Nuremberg Code. But even if a country, institution or individual denies its validity, Holland stressed that the code still exists and remains enforceable. The consent of the individual is absolutely essential in all medical experimentation with no exceptions, she added.

“We are better than this. We deserve better and we can do better. We must stand up for our God-given, inalienable rights under the Nuremberg Code. We must demand that we will not be experimented on. It is not too late — in Europe or elsewhere,” the CHD president concluded.
