Trump calls out MSM’s DOUBLE STANDARD when it comes to reporting about his cognitive health vs. Biden’s

Former President Donald Trump has called out the mainstream media’s (MSM) double standard when it comes to reporting his cognitive function and that of his rival, incumbent President Joe Biden.
He issued this rebuke during his June 22 campaign rally in Philadelphia. Trump told attendees at the City of Brotherly Love that the MSM calls him “cognitively impaired” if he slips up even once. In contrast, Biden can “fall off the stage” but the MSM will still dismiss it as “fake.”
“I go for two hours without teleprompters. And if I say one word slightly out, they say, ‘He’s cognitively impaired,'” Trump lamented. “Whereas Biden can run into walls, he can fall off the stage, he can fall up the stairs … and then they say it was fake, he was fine. And then, the press goes along with it. They go along with it.”
The former president continued by pointing out that everything about the Biden administration is “fake,” including the Federal Bureau of Investigation‘s crime statistics the White House is pushing.
“Now he’s even saying that all his mishaps were fake. They say the fake news covered him in a fake manner. That’s a lot of fake. That’s a lot of fake news back there. All we want them to do is be honest, because they’re all going out of business. Nobody believes them anymore. And it didn’t help when they went along with the Biden scam.”
The real estate mogul’s remarks followed several clips of Biden’s cognitive decline going viral on social media. In response, the MSM denounced these as “cheapfakes” – mirroring the Biden campaign’s narrative that the videos were misleading or lacked context in some way. The MSM also pointed out that it was unfair to question Biden’s mental competence or fitness, given the videos purportedly being fake. However, the MSM also ran several stories questioning Trump’s mental competence or fitness.
The real estate mogul ultimately called Biden “the worst [U.S.] president in history so far.” He called on Americans to vote him out in November “or this country is not going to survive another year.”
Texas Rep. Jackson calls on Biden to take DRUG TEST before debate
To debunk claims that Biden’s cognitive function is at its nadir, U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) demanded in a letter that Biden submit to a drug test before his June 27 presidential debate with Trump, organized by CNN. Jackson served as White House chief physician in the Obama and Trump administrations before being elected to Congress in 2020.
Jackson’s three-page letter dated June 24 called on Biden and White House Chief Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor to submit to a “clinically validated drug test.” The congressman continued: “This drug test should be administered both immediately before and after the debate and should include, but not be limited to, performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs).”
“American citizens must have absolute confidence in their president’s ability to perform [their] duties as head of state and commander in chief, and the debate performance absolutely should be indicative of an individual’s ability to perform these critical duties free of any PEDs or mood-altering medications.”
In the letter, Jackson noted Biden’s “refusal to submit to a cognitive exam.” This, the congressman argued, “has created a condition of great concern for our country as Americans watch the continued decline in our president’s cognitive performance.”
Trump himself also agreed with Jackson’s proposal, taking to Truth Social to express support. “Drug test for Crooked Joe Biden? I would, also, immediately agree to one,” the former president posted on June 24.
