Doctor INDICTED for blowing lid on illegal LGBT child “transition” scheme at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston

The Department of Justice (DoJ) has indicted Dr. Eithan Haim, a surgeon out of Texas, for blowing the lid on Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, which has been secretly performing child “sex change” procedures in violation of state law.

Federal prosecutors filed criminal charges against Haim for revealing publicly that Texas Children’s has been “transitioning” children who want to become LGBTs, this after the facility’s administrators previously claimed that such mutilative procedures had ceased in accordance with state law.

The administration of President Biden has been pursuing charges against Haim since last year when the physician leaked documents to a journalist showing that Texas Children’s has been mutilating the genitals of children as young as 11 in violation of Texas law.

“They wanted to intimidate me into silence using every technique the federal leviathan had at their disposal, but they failed,” Haim bragged on X. “The only way to lose is to submit to corruption. It’s time to fight back harder than ever!”

Is Biden punishing Haim for becoming a whistleblower?

The scheme goes back to May 2023 when Haim blew the whistle on the secret “sex change” procedures that were still taking place at Texas Children’s. Though the hospital claimed that its gender clinic had been shut down, Haim revealed that it was still in operation – just in secret.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had warned the medical facility that “gender-affirming care” for children is now strictly forbidden under state laws that now deem it as a form of child abuse.

Documents leaked by Haim show that just three days after Texas Children’s issued a statement in March 2022 claiming it was then in compliance with state law, physicians at the hospital proceeded to implant a hormone device inside the body of a young girl.

Since that time, the number of “gender-affirming” procedures at Texas Children’s has only increased rather than decreased. Keep in mind as well that Texas Children’s is one of the largest pediatric hospitals in the entire country.

Haim’s leaks led to a magazine called City Journal publishing an article about the matter. That same week, the Texas Legislature passed a new law confirming that “sex change” procedures for children are banned in the Lone Star State.

When Haim revealed that underage patients were still being “treated” with transitions at Texas Children’s, he says he did not include any personal information about the patients.

Even so, “heavily armed” federal agents showed up at Haim’s door informing him that he now faces four felony charges for allegedly violating a patient privacy law, reports indicate. Haim was also given a summons to appear in court.

It is somewhat odd for the Biden regime to be the entity going after Haim for all this. After all, Biden and his people support LGBT “transitioning,” and Haim blew the lid on it. At the same time, it appears as though the Biden regime is punishing Haim for blowing the lid on the secret operation at Texas Children’s.

“You can’t make this up – pure evil,” commented author and conservative filmmaker Mike Cernovich about what the Biden regime is doing by going after someone for exposing “experiments on children.”

“This is proof that the Left is siding with perversion by charging a doctor for exposing the crimes of child mutilation instead of charging the child mutilators themselves,” wrote a commenter at RT about this travesty.
