Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of calamansi juice

Directions: 

  1. Add the sugar and one cup of water in a saucepan. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves in low heat.
  2. Discard the seeds and skin from calamansi, then extract the calamansi juice.
  3. In a pitcher, combine the remaining water, sugar syrup, and calamansi juice. Stir well.
  4. Keep the juice in the fridge and serve over ice.
